PROJECT BRIEF
Khamakha is an attar subscription brand bringing traditional oil-based fragrance to a contemporary US audience. The primary deliverable is Diffuse, an end-to-end design system built to support a premium DTC e-commerce product: from a manually constructed color token architecture and typography scale to semantic and component tokens and key screens. AI-generated photography, art directed across four scents using Flora AI, stood in for a traditional product shoot. The project explores how a culturally rooted product can be systematized for scale without losing what makes it distinct.
